What To Expect:

Before Your Visit
Your care begins with the first phone call. After you speak with one of our chiropractic advocates, you’ll be sent paperwork to fill out via email or text. This allows us to get all of the information that we need to know about you and your family before you arrive. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Day One
During your first visit to our office, we will have the opportunity to put a face to a name and officially connect with you! In an effort to make you and your family as comfortable as possible, we will give you a tour of our space. You will begin your appointment with Caitlin our Chiropractic Assistant and have your InSight Scans completed. Dr. C will then complete your initial consult and history. At Hope Chiropractic, we truly care about your health goals and ask you to provide as much additional detail as you can about your individual needs and concerns. Dr.C is passionate about your care and how we can best serve you, which is why we take a deeper look using the InSight Scans combined with your in-depth health history.
After going over your paperwork, goals, and concerns we will perform a detailed physical exam and assessment. We want you to understand your body and why we do what we do so we will be sure to explain every single aspect of the assessment to you before we do them.
Please allot the appropriate time needed, as the first appointment will take approximately 45 minutes from start to finish!
InSight Scans
The InSight neuroTECH delivers objective findings and reports so that we can better build a care plan that goes beyond pain and symptoms.
For Adults and children over the age of 5, this consists of one hand scan (HRV) and two back scans (sEMG and Thermal) that are taken up the length of your back from bottom to top.
Children ages 5 and below will have the HRV ear clip scan, and one back scan (Thermal).
All scans are 100% safe for mom, baby, and all adults, if you have any questions or concerns before or during your visit please don't hesitate to ask us!

Day Two
Your second office visit is for your report of findings. By this time, Dr. C will have had time to review your initial consult, InSight Scans, history, and exam findings. She will explain in great detail what neurologically-based chiropractic care is all about. We want to be sure that you understand what the results mean for your health. We will go over our recommendations for care so that you understand how long it will take for you to reach your goals and we will take time to answer any questions you have and address any of your concerns. Once our team has gone over all the details, you will get adjusted. Please note that this appointment can take anywhere from 35 to 45 minutes.
